Who we are
UEMTools.com is provided by UEMTools.com ("UEMTools.com", "we", "us"). Contact: info@uemtools.com.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, name, company name and a password (stored only as a salted hash).
- Tool answers: the answers and choices you enter in the Mobility Maturity Assessment and the UEM Policy Engine, and any contact details you add to them.
- Uploaded logo: a company logo, if you or your organisation upload one, used to co-brand your reports.
- Reports: reports generated from your answers, and share links you create for them.
- Security records: sign-in, verification and audit events, and short-lived rate-limit records derived from your IP address to protect the service from abuse. Visits to the assessment are counted anonymously, without cookies.
Why we use it
- To run the tools, generate your reports and let you download, keep and share them.
- To create and secure your account, including verifying your email address.
- To respond when you ask to talk to an expert or contact us.
- To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Email verification
When you create an account we send a verification link to your email address. You must verify it before you can download reports. If your account is inactive for 180 days, we ask you to verify your email again.
Cookies and browser storage
We use one strictly necessary, HttpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. The tools keep your in-progress answers in your browser's local storage so you do not lose your work. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Where your data is hosted
The service runs on Cloudflare (Workers, D1 database and KV storage). Cloudflare processes data on our behalf to host and protect the service.
How long we keep it
Reports and tool submissions are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted automatically. Account details are kept while your account exists. Security and audit records are kept for up to 24 months.
Your choices and rights
You can replace or remove your organisation logo at any time in your account. To ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and reports, email info@uemtools.com.
Who can see your data
Authorised UEMTools.com staff can see account details, tool answers and reports to support you. Anyone you send a share link to can view that report read-only.

We will update this page if the way we handle data changes.
